COMPACT ROBUST PERFORMANCE

STANDARD - SPRAY FLUXER
The QW300 comes standard with a spray fluxer that is very efficient and easy to handle. This system given user more control over the fluxing process and achieves reliable uniform underside coverage.
PREHEATING
Achieves fast preheating to the bottom side of the board.
WIDE FINGER CONVEYOR - STANDARD
• QW300 - 300mm (11.8")
Wide finger conveyors, eliminate the expense of pallets. Conveyor speed is adjustable from 0 to 2m/min (78.7"/min) for added process control.
DOUBLE WAVE -STANDARD
Unique double wave design that leaves no gap in-between, this prevents sudden drop of temperature during the soldering process. Equipped with a small 165kg pot (Option: titanium) that can be loaded with various alloys without fear of corrosion.
LOW COST - HIGH PERFORMANCE RATIO!
