Introducing the New - JT NSM-450 Ultimate Lead Free Wave Soldering System
The JT designed NSM-450 Wave Soldering System, is the result of many years of product and process improvements, that have resulted in the ultimate lead free wave soldering system. The NSM-450 is the third generation of lead free wave solder machine that incorporates the outstanding features of the WS & SM series.

FEATURES:

• Newly designed for easy access to all internal components.
• Newly developed Electromagnetic Pump System or Standard Motor Driven Pumps.
• Utilizes Windows XP Operating System for optimizing process control and IBM computer. All quality components are used such as: Siemens PLC, and Panasonic motors.
• Computerized spray-fluxing unit.
• Three zones of preheat with independent control of the temperature and airflow.
• Advanced MHD technology, even & consistent wave surface; no mechanical moving parts, reduced dross generation and ease of maintenance.
• Optional Nitrogen System.
• Forced cooling of the solder joints to enhance solder joint reliability and reduce solder defects.
• Solder pots are easily changed for running dual allloys.
