775 Water-Soluble Flux Leaded Chemistries
775 is a water-soluble rosin flux containing organic acid and other activators. Formulated specifically for high-speed wave soldering applications and water cleaning systems. Superior fluxing activity provides fast wetting action and effective oxide reduction. Post soldering residues do not require immediate cleaning or rinsing since the residues are not corrosive like most organic fluxes. Flux residues are effectively removed in standard water cleaning systems without the need for detergent or neutralizer in the pre-wash stage.
